DESCRIPTION:About the Speaker – Amy D. Grubb\, Ph.D\nDigital Transformation Advisor\nOrganizational Insights LLC.\nAmy D. Grubb\, PhD is an internationally acclaimed speaker who has presented numerous keynote addresses and workshops on leadership\, organizational culture\, change\, performance\, working with others\, and storytelling. She has worked directly for three C-level functions (CHRO\, CFO\, CIO) for the past 15 years\, and has been with the FBI for over two decades. Grubb is currently serving as the Digital Transformation Advisor to the Chief Information Officer at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and is the founder of Organizational Insights\, LLC. \nShe has been responsible for the implementation of numerous change initiatives within the FBI for more than 20 years\, from serving as a leader on the post-9/11 enterprise-wide cultural transformation of the FBI to implementing innovative HR systems and processes at all levels\, with a current focus on the digital transformation of the FBI through its people and culture. A two-time FBI Director’s Award for Excellence recipient\, she built the organizational development function at the FBI as well as led the development and implementation of an integrated Leadership Development Program for all employees at all stages of the employment lifecycle\, for which she was awarded the SIOP/SHRM HR Impact Award. \nGrubb is also on the American Psychological Association Change Management Advisory Board and was the Chair of the Bombardier Safety Standdown Advisory Council. A Fellow of SIOP (Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology)\, she earned her Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston\, earning her bachelor’s degree from Villanova University.

A skillful communicator\, she builds relationships\, inspires confidence and unites teams. \nAs president of Aviation Personnel International (API)\, the longest-running business aviation recruitment and HR solutions firm\, Jennifer leads a team that provides proprietary\, data-driven strategies to help aviation organizations become and remain employers of choice. \nSince joining API in 2015\, Jennifer has held several leadership roles\, including director of candidate services\, director of client services and vice president. During her tenure\, she has enhanced nearly every aspect of the organization\, from team development to client engagement. Today\, she oversees API’s staff\, culture and strategy\, along with executive recruitment projects and new program development. \nRegularly quoted in aviation media\, Jennifer authors industry articles and speaks at national and regional events on topics such as organizational health\, employee attraction and retention\, compensation trends\, leadership and the link between culture and safety. \nJennifer serves on the NBAA Advisory Council\, Bombardier Safety Standdown Advisory Council and HigherVets’ Board of Directors. Roby\, CAM\nVice President of Safety Services\nPolaris Aero\nA 2024 recipient of the Dr. Tony Kern Professionalism in Aviation award\, and a 2022 NBAA 40 Under 40 recipient\, Roby has spent more than a decade honing her skills in Part 135 and Part 91 operations. Roby’s roles ranged from Fixed Based Operator (FBO) operations\, a flight crewmember on a Beechjet 400 and Hawker 800\, Safety Manager\, and managing both scheduling and charter sales for a Part 135 charter and management company. Roby has a bachelor’s degree in aerospace science from Middle Tennessee State University with dual pro-pilot and air traffic control concentrations and an NBAA Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) certification. Roby’s education and diverse aviation experience are valuable in the tactical implementation of safety best practices in her current role as Vice President of Safety Services at Polaris Aero. Roby enjoys giving back to her industry by volunteering for the NBAA Professional Development Program committee\, Bombardier Safety Standdown Committee\, NBAA Young Professionals in Business Aviation (YoPro) council\, and the Tennessee Business Aviation Association.
