CE/SRT roundtables, partner courses with SCSI, and industry conferences. Most are open to all. Members get more.
Taught by Jason Starke, Ph.D. — BASC President & CEO, three days, in person at SCSI's Redondo Beach training venue.
"An SMS overview built for operators and leaders who need a working knowledge of safety management — without the five-day Safety Manager's Course. Pragmatic, functional, and focused on how SMS actually lives in the operation."
"Not a sales pitch. Not a lecture. A working conversation built around real problems in real operations."
Continuing Education / Safety Roundtable runs every quarter, open to anyone in business aviation. Led by industry experts and the BASC members who actually do the work.
Live sessions are free and open to all. Recordings go up on the BASC YouTube channel so the conversation stays available afterward. Members also get member-only follow-up sessions on the topics that come up, plus ongoing dialogue between quarters.
Beyond the open CE/SRT roundtables, BASC members get exclusive sessions with industry-leading voices on the topics that actually shape how operations run. Not pre-packaged courses. Ongoing dialogue between operators wrestling with the same problems.
Each session is built around a working theme — selected by what members are asking about that quarter, led by experts who've actually moved the needle on it. Recordings, materials, and follow-up working sessions stay in the member portal.
